Working principle:

After the equipment runs at full speed, the feed channel is opened, and the suspension evenly enters the filter medium layer inside the drum through the distribution bucket; solid-liquid rapid separation is realized under the action of centrifugal force, the liquid phase is discharged out of the drum, and the solid phase remains to form a filter residue layer; when the filter residue layer reaches the set thickness, the feed is closed and the solid phase is cleaned and dried; the filter residue is scraped off by a rotary scraper, and the material is discharged through a shuttle groove or screw conveying.
